PRIVACY POLICY

All client information collected by Picnic at Cullen Bay  is kept in our own private database system. No information is shared to any third party.

​Personal information that we may collect includes your name, contact details, residential address, bank details (for refund of security bond), personal preferences, opinions and feedback.

CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

We require at least two days notice of a Proposal,  Sunset Picnic or Picnic on the Deck, for Parties of seven or more seven days notice is required for booking .

All Sunset Picnics, Picnics on the deck and Parties must be paid in full at the time of booking.  Parties bookings required 50% deposit at time of booking and full payment is due  14 days prior to picnic date.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds will not be given.

All bookings can be rescheduled with 14 days notice.
